We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you, changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.  Once your order has been received we will not be able to make any changes to these terms and conditions for that order.

Price and Payment Options:

All credit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by Paypal.  If the Paypal refuses payment or to authorise payment you will then be notified of this by email or at the checkout stage.  In assessing your request for good or services, we may use your information for the purpose of the prevention and detection of fraud.  We may disclose your address and postcode details to check against any Fraud Prevention Scheme.  At All times your details will remain secure.  

Please, also be aware, we check All items of clothing before they are despatched to ensure you are receiving the best quality.

For further details regarding the use of data supplied by you, please read our privacy policy.  We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this site.

Returns:

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in an unworn condition, with any tags and labels attached, within 14 days of receipt.  Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.  In the interest of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery or customised items unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for the purpose.

Please email us with your request for a refund and we will contact you with a unique Returns Authorisation Number.  Write this number along with your name and address in the areas provided on the  form supplied.  Attach a return address label to the parcel and post it to us so that we receive it within the 14 day period.

Please remember to ask the Post Office for proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference.  The Post Office will stamp this and supply you with a tracking number to prove the item has been returned.  We cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.

The refund will be processed once the items are received into our warehouse and they have been processed.  Please note it may take 2 or 3 days for the refund to show on your account.  You will be refunded onto the card that the goods were purchased with.  If your card expires before we process your refund please contact Paypal to up date your card details.

NOTE:

Returns CANNOT be accepted without a valid Returns Authorisation Number.  You will not be able to get a Returns Authorisation Number if more than 14 days has passed since you received the items.

7 day cooling off period:

In addition to our returns policy, under Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase (excluding tailor-made/customised products).  In this case we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us.  If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we will arrange to collect them from you at your cost.

Statutory Rights:

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our Returns policy.

Product Information:

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our website however, as actual colours will depend on your monitor’s display, any colour will reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.  Unless otherwise indicated all sizes are UK sizes.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when relevant information was entered onto the system.  We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
Prices are subject to change without notice.  

Goods are subject to availability.  If an item becomes out of order before we accept your order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

Purchase of Products:

When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement.  Our acceptance of an order does not take place until despatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged.

We reserve the right to refuse an order.  Non acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:-

• The product being unavailable from stock.
• Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment.
• The identification of an error within the product information, including price of promotion.
