Delivery & Returns

All orders are usually despatched within 24hrs.  All items must be signed for so please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery.    In the event that an item is out of stock please email us, we may have extra stock becoming available, but do bare in mind we do limit our stock to retain some exclusivity, so hopefully, you won’t bump into someone with the same outfit.

Standard Delivery:

£5 per Item - You are charged £5 per item because we send Post Office Special Delivery, that way you receive the items promptly, are covered by insurance and we are covered securely by the sign for procedure.   (Mon to Fri only.)  PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to order 3 items or more please email us and we can review the postage costs.  

Overseas or BFPO:

Please Note:  At present we only ship to Europe - Sorry.


Please Note:  We check ALL items before they are despatched to ensure you are receiving the best quality.  ALL items must be signed for.

When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement.  Our acceptance of an order does not take place until despatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

               The product being unavailable from stock  

               Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment

               The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you.  We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

We will take all reasonable care,  so far as it is possible within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable from any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

Where applicable, you may cancel your order under Distance Selling Regulations implied, as to the accuracy of information contained in any of the materials on this website, if the item/s has been despatched simply use the returns label to return the goods to us for a refund.


Returning a product:

We always aim to give exceptional service, if you feel you would like to send your goods back for exchange or refund.  Please read the following carefully:-

We provide a refund/exchange provided:

  It is within 14 days of the original purchase date                                                        

  The items have NOT been worn

  All tags are intact (Under NO circumstances will we give an exchange/refund if this condition is not met)

Items must NOT be marked by make-up, smell of deodorant, perfume or washing powder (Under NO circumstances will we give an exchange/refund if this condition is not met)  

Please email us at returns@citrine-online.co.uk  within 48 hours of receiving your order for a Refund Authorisation number.  NO refund will be issued without this
number, if your order is received back to us without this authorisation number the goods will be returned to you at YOUR cost.

Please record this number on the Sales Receipt enclosed with original order, in space provided. Please attach the returns address that is provided on the bottom of the Sales Receipt.  We strongly recommend you to obtain a ‘Certificate of Posting’ from the Post Office as we will NOT be responsible for any goods lost in transit.  You may wish to send goods ‘Recorded Delivery’

 

Please Note: We regret we cannot refund postal charges, this is due to the low cost of our original postal charges.  

If you require an exchange and the new item/s you require cost less you will be refunded the difference but charged postage for one item only.

If you require an exchange and the new item/s you require cost more you will be required to pay the excess charge and charged postage for one item only.

Refunds for items bought as a Gift can only be given to the original purchaser.  If you decide to exchange the item the original purchaser WILL be informed


7 Day Cooling off Period:

In addition to our returns policy, under Distance Selling Regulations customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase (excluding tailor-made/customised products).  In this case we will provide a full refund provided:

   ALL tags are intact and haven't been removed

   The item/s is/are in the orignal condition

   The item/s haven’t been worn

   It/they must NOT be marked by make-up, smell of deodorant, perfume or      washing powder!

You must return the cancelled items to us.  If we do NOT receive the cancelled items back, we will arrange to collect them from you at YOUR cost.  Please email us at returns@citrine-online.co.uk for a Returns authorisation number (See refunds and exchange above for detailed description of what to do)


Statutory Rights:

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our Returns policy.
