If you items are sent by post All items must be signed for so please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery.   

Standard Delivery:

£5 per Item - You are charged £5 per item because we send Post Office Special Delivery, that way you receive the items promptly, are covered by insurance and we are covered securely by the sign for procedure.   (Mon to Fri only.)   

Please Note:  We check ALL items before they are despatched to ensure you are receiving the best quality.  ALL items must be signed for.

Statutory Rights:

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our Returns policy.
